  • Appointments & access – making it easier to see your preferred GP and improving phone access

At Ocean Shores Medical Centre, we are committed to providing safe, respectful and high-quality care. Your feedback helps us improve our services.

Giving Feedback

We welcome compliments, suggestions, or concerns about any aspect of your care. You can:

  • Speak directly with your doctor, nurse, or reception staff.

  • Fill out a feedback form at reception.

  • Submit feedback online using the form below.

Making a Complaint

If you are unhappy with the care or service you have received, please let us know as soon as possible. We take all complaints seriously and will handle them fairly, respectfully, and confidentially.

You can make a complaint by:

  • Speaking to our Practice Manager in person or by phone.

  • Writing to us at feedback@oceanshoresmedical.com.

  • Using our online complaints form.

What Happens Next?

  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days.

  • Your concerns will be reviewed by our Practice Manager and/or treating GP.

  • We aim to provide a response within 3 weeks and will keep you updated if more time is required.

  • Where appropriate, we will discuss with you any changes or improvements we can make.

If You Are Not Satisfied

If you feel your concern has not been resolved, you may contact the Health Care Complaints Commission (HCCC) in NSW (or your local state authority).
