I’m a General Registered Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience supporting people through stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life challenges that can leave you feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families, and offer sessions both face to face and online.
My approach is trauma-informed, practical, and grounded in the neuroscience of the nervous system. I draw from evidence-based therapies including EMDR, Somatic Experiencing™, IFS, CBT, attachment-based work, and family systems approaches—always tailored to what best supports you.
I hold a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology), a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling. I also have EMDR Level 1 and 2 certifications and am currently completing my training as a Somatic Experiencing™ Practitioner.
Alongside one-to-one therapy, I also offer an online nervous system regulation and trauma recovery program, designed for people who feel they’ve tried a lot, but still aren’t experiencing lasting change.
I’ve lived in the Northern Rivers for over a decade and I’m known for a calm, down-to-earth style, and for making complex ideas feel clear and doable.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me training for a running event, camping in my swag, spending time with family, or walking my big black Labrador along the beach.
